On 17th April 2014 I changed my name officially by Deed Poll from Jude Noon to Veronica Feeling (motorcycle adventurer), in effect entering and becoming a cartoon character. Veronica went on to ride solo around the world on a 20 year old Honda VFR, notably becoming the first person to cross the Gobi Desert on a street bike. She died tragically when a stunt into the Hudson River, NY went wrong in September 2015. What was left of her became Alice Klar  who moved to Berlin with the intention of building a boat for a klarboot sale. This was a short-lived-in experiment, unfulfilled, alles klar? Failure, however, left space for Yolanda Strip to arrive with her big skies and altitude problem. African aviatrix of nil-repute, Yolanda was terrified over many nations, looping from Cape Town to Addis Ababa and back (Jan-Oct 2018), across the Indian Ocean to Madagascar (April-Sept 2019). She was lost in a plane crash over the Tankwa Karoo in 2021. Born out of the ashes in a tight corner, Frieda Beaston, identifying as escapologist, led a mysterious existence. Morally dubious yet somehow intriguing she was last seen digging a large hole in the dense red soil of Devon. And so, on 1st October 2022, the great wheel returned to Noon, Jude Noon.
